注 意 事 項 1. 更換紫外燈或蠕動泵管時，必須在打開儀器后蓋板前切斷電源，以避 免發生電擊危險。 2. 非本公司維修人員或*專業人員不得隨意拆卸機箱內部的零部件 及線路板，否則造成儀器損壞后果自負。 3. 更換保險絲請使用相同的規格，以免發生短路或者損壞儀器。 4. 本產品需一級安全防護，電源必須可靠接地,否則可能導致觸電事故 或損壞儀器。 5. 儀器使用時，若水樣中含有可見的不溶性微粒，必須在進樣管前安裝 微粒過濾器，以免儀器內部管路發生堵塞。若在線檢測的水樣中固體懸浮 物含量較高，須定期更換過濾器。 6. 若先前檢測的水樣中有機碳濃度超出了儀器的檢測范圍，在檢測其它 有機碳濃度相對較低的水樣之前，先用高純水或有機碳濃度較低的去離子 水沖洗管路，沖洗時間參考說明書。 7．若儀器作在線檢測使用，需在離線狀態下沖洗管路和校準完畢后再 連接在線檢測裝置

三、工作原理
本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導率法，通過測試經過氧化反應的樣品的總碳含量和未經過氧化反應的樣品總無機碳的含量差值來測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無機碳（TIC）。

四、產品說明:
總有機碳（TOC）分析儀采用*的雙波長紅外外氧化技術，精度高、靈敏度高。高性能CPU，觸摸屏智能化控制，具有離線分析和在線分析選配功能，配制外置式打印機，人性化的設計理念，更換UV燈和泵管不用拆開機箱，操作簡單、方便，實現了分析儀器國產化。符合《中國藥典》2015版附錄 VIII R制藥用水中總有機碳測定法，滿足藥典對儀器的要求：①TOC=TC-TIC，②系統適用性試驗，③檢測靈敏度（等于或小于0.001mg/L）。

TOC 分析儀的組成包括以下 7 個主要部分： ① 在線檢測裝置（在線型儀器配備） ② 樣品蠕動泵 ③ 分流器 ④ 氧化反應器 ⑤ 二氧化碳傳感器 ⑥ 微處理控制器和電子線路板 ⑦ 輸出接口

在線檢測裝置 進入儀器內部后水樣的流速大約為 0.5 ml/min。進入在線檢測裝置的水樣溫度可以 在 1～95℃范圍內，儀器的廢液和在線檢測裝置的排出液均由排液管排出。
