采用單一量程信號調節器可以在滿量程范圍內達到zui高分辨率，簡化控制環調節。傳感器只需單程標定，自動選擇加量程，消除由于改變量程引起的瞬變現象，所有測量通道的同步數據采集速率可達3.8KHz，端口數據獲取速率zui高可達200Hz，這意味著不會丟失數據，可提供加保真度。

（三）高集成度接口單元

CCS數字化控制系統可為操作人員提供豐富的傳輸接口，RS232接口可實現單臺設備在長距離范圍內的可靠傳輸；USB接口能夠為筆記本或其他PC機用戶提供試驗數據的便攜傳輸；CAN總線接口可為規模化試驗系統提供多機聯控模式下的智能數據傳輸。

（四）測量設備兼容單元

CCS系統提供不少于3個通道的應變片類傳感器輸入模塊和不少于6個通道的位置脈沖采集模塊，所有通道的數據采集嚴格同步?；谟布V波的32級低頻去抖動技術使得位置脈沖在設備超低速閉環運行（保載）時所產生的擺動（干擾）脈沖能夠被有效識別并給予糾正，基于硬件QEI的四倍頻脈沖計數方式使得位移計數精度可以提高4倍，分辨率zui高可達0.01um。

我公司派工程師負責安裝調試及培訓。

產品自客戶驗收之日起，免費保修2年，終身維修。

1、設備安裝調試：

免費為用戶提供所購儀器的安裝調試服務。在進行安裝調試前用戶方應提供相應的準備工作，并予以提前通知，具體安裝調試日期雙方可以協商而定。設備安裝調試由多年行業*工程師免費進行。保證用戶可以正確使用、軟件操作和一般維護以及應及故障的處理。

2、培  訓：

我公司工程師免費為用戶提供操作人員培訓，直到操作人員能獨立操作為止。

3、設備驗收標準：

用戶方按訂貨技術要求進行驗收。并符合國家標準要求。設備驗收在用戶方進行并由我公司安裝調試技術人員和用戶共同在維修報告上簽字以確認儀器的調試工作完成。

4、設備維修服務：

我公司產品自用戶現場調試驗收合格后2年內免費保修，終身維護。在2年免費保修期內產品發生非人為質量問題，我公司為客戶提供免費維修。如產品在免費保修期外出現故障，維修服務只適當收取材料成本費。

5、技術zhi持：

對于所需儀器的用戶，根據用戶的要求提供專業的技術方案。除了常規的儀器服務外，我公司技術部還可為用戶提供各種非常規設備的技術zhi持。

6、售后響應：

4. Equipment maintenance service: 

Our company's products are free of charge for warranty and lifetime maintenance within 2 years after the user's on-site commissioning and acceptance. During the 2-year free warranty period, our company provides free maintenance for customers in case of non-human quality problems. If the product breaks down outside the free warranty period, the maintenance service will only charge the material cost properly.

6. After sales response:
