特征:
主要機件由的數控加工中心制造。機架全部龍門銑加工。
機架用錳鋼板整體加工組成，整體結構合理，可以承擔500T壓力。
加溫系統采用導熱油循環加溫，溫度均勻，該機配有底加溫，能使產品達到更理想效果。
控制系統采用臺達PLC控制，人機界面操作，自動化程度高，設有多種工作模式，來適應不同的工件加工。
覆膜時上下同時加溫，提高了對膠水的活化溫度，提高了工件邊部的包邊質量，同時減緩了硅膠板的冷卻溫度。
采用高溫導熱油內加溫內循環，溫度均勻程度大幅度提高，熱效率高，加熱管損壞后可更換，加熱板適用壽命延長5-10年。
自動裁切刀：實現半自動裁切，裁切斷面呈直線狀態，節約了面膜，工時，節省材料，提高工作效率。

When the film is coated, the temperature of glue activation is increased, the quality of edge wrapping is improved, and the cooling temperature of silica gel sheet is slowed down.
Using high temperature heat conducting oil for internal heating cycle, the temperature uniformity is greatly improved, the thermal efficiency is high, the heating tube can be replaced after damage, and the service life of the heating plate can be extended by 5-10 years.
Automatic cutting knife: semi-automatic cutting, cutting straight line section, saving mask, working hours, saving materials and improving work efficiency.
