大型烘房的烘干工作原理與大風量熱風循環烘箱相同，主要是當物料單批次要求烘干的量特別大時，應采用大型烘房集中來解決。廣泛應用于中藥材、農副產品、食品、肉制品、林產品、糧食、水果、蔬菜等的大批量烘干脫水。

      The drying working principle of large drying room is identical to that of large air flow hot air circulation oven. When a large amount of materials shall be dried in single batch, large drying room shall be used for drying.
